For thrill-seekers, feel free to bring your own jet skis or small boats with prior approval (and additional $25 per night fee for small boats), and dock them conveniently at our private dock. NOTE: boats must be pre-approved, not all boats can be accommodated in our Bayou. Boats and jet skis must be launched at a nearby boat launch in order to dock at the house. Use of the boat lift is NOT allowed.

Notes: We can’t guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dogs and children MUST be closely watched, there is no fence in the yard, nor to the water and dock. Kayak use may require guest to carry heavy kayaks to/from the garage. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 7 days – guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!
